BELGIUM
Flexible delivery with BPOST
- Orders placed before 22:00 = next day delivery via Bpost.
- Orders placed on Friday after 22:00 + weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday (= delivery on Tuesday). The same applies to public holidays.
- As soon as your package leaves our distribution centre, you will receive a shipment confirmation with your track and trace.
- You will be notified by email from BPOST of the day of delivery.
- By downloading the My bpost application, you can track your parcel and configure your delivery preferences: the delivery address in case of absence or your preferred Bpost point / post office.
Shipping costs
- Free delivery for orders over 50€.
- Otherwise, delivery charges of 7€.
What happens if no one is present at the time of delivery?
Bpost(our shipping partner) makes 1 delivery attempt.
It is strongly recommended to be present if you have chosen a home or office delivery. If you are not present, the delivery person will leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a nearby relay point. You will be informed of the status of your parcel by e-mail or via a notice in your letterbox by the deliveryman. This way, you will know where to pick up your parcel.
Bpost withdrawal (post office, post office point, distributor)
You can also pick up your parcel at a post office, post point or parcel machine. Your order remains available for 14 days at the post office or post point of your choice. Packages delivered to a parcel machine remain available for 5 days.
What to do in case of a damaged parcel?
Never accept a damaged parcel (badly damaged or open packaging). In all cases, write 'damaged package' on the delivery note or open the package in front of the delivery person in order to check the condition of the products inside and their number.
Can I return a product?
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return a defective or faulty product. The products must be unopened and in their original condition, with the original packaging and boxes. Please send us an email to help@clydeformen.com with your order number, the list of products you wish to return and the reason for the return.

- Please stick the label on the box and drop it off at the bpost relay point of your choice.
- We ask you to pack your return as well as possible in the shipping box.
- Make sure you stick the return label on top of the original label.

Flexible delivery with COLIS PRIVÉ
- COLIS PRIVÉ always informs you in advance of the delivery date of your parcel. - You are not at home when the driver arrives? Pick up your parcel at a pick-up point.
- If you are not at home when the driver arrives, your parcel will be delivered to a drop-off point near you.
- This way, you will have your parcel at your disposal quickly and you can decide when you want to collect it.
- The driver will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox with the address of the delivery point.
- You will also receive an email confirming the arrival of the parcel at the relay point.
- Bring your identity card to collect your parcel.
- You have 7 working days to collect it. After this period, the parcel is returned to the sender.

- Delivery time: 3-4 working days

Flexible delivery with DPD
- DPD always informs you in advance of the delivery day of your parcel.
- Is that day not convenient for you? No problem, you can make changes right up to the last minute.
- Change the delivery time and address and have your parcel delivered to a Pickup point near you, on a different date, at a different address or
at a desired location - choose a safe place.
- The same day, you will be informed by email or text message of the 1 hour time slot in which your parcel will be delivered.

What if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
If you cannot be there when the driver arrives, and neither can your neighbours, your parcel will be delivered to a Pickup point near you. This means that you will have your parcel at your disposal quickly and you can decide when you want to collect it.
The DPD driver will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox with the address of the Pickup point and the time when your parcel is available for collection. You will also receive an email confirming the arrival of your parcel at the Pickup point.
Please bring your identity card to collect your parcel. You have 7 working days to collect it. After this period, the parcel is returned to the sender. You can check the status of your parcel at www.dpd.lu . You will also find more information about our Pickup parcelshops (location, opening hours...).
How can I track my package?
At www.dpd.lu you can check the status of your parcel. All you need is the 14-digit reference number of the parcel. No more missed deliveries, download the myDPD app on your smartphone
What is a Pickup relay point?
A Pickup point is a place where parcels can be sent or received. By opting for delivery at a Pickup point, you choose the security of collecting your parcel at your convenience thanks to the flexible opening hours. All Pickup locations are at least open from Tuesday to Saturday. With 1,600 Pickup locations in the Benelux, we are always close by.
