Has my order been confirmed?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. If you have a Clyde for Men account, you can also check the status of your orders in the "My Account" tab.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped and taken care of by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. You will find in this email your tracking number, which will allow you to follow your package on the website of the carrier you have chosen.
I have an issue with my order.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your problem and the tracking number of your order.

To which countries can I get delivery?
We deliver in Europe and the rest of the world. Delivery is free for orders over 50€ in BeNeLux and France

Can I return a product?
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return a defective or faulty product. The products must be unopened and in their original condition, with the original packaging and boxes. Please send us an email to email@example.com with your order number, the list of products you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Are your products vegan?
Our formulas do not contain any ingredients of animal origin.
