Within the framework of its activities and your use of the website https://clydeformen.com/ (hereinafter the "Website"), the company K-EXPERTISE SRL, a company incorporated in Belgium with its registered office at Avenue Champel 2, 1640 Sint-Genesius-Rode, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0758.524.360, operating under the brand names "K-EXPERTISE" and "CLYDE FOR MENTM " ("we", "us" or "K-EXPERTISE") is required to process personal data about you, as the controller.
The protection of personal data is very important to K-EXPERTISE, which undertakes to process such data in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR").
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the personal data we use, why we use it, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights in relation to that data.

IV. How long does K-EXPERTISE keep this personal data?
We keep this personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
For K-EXPERTISE customers, data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and 2 years after the end of the contractual relationship. When we collect data on the basis of your consent, the processing ends as soon as you withdraw your consent.
V. How does K-EXPERTISE store this personal data and disclose it to third parties?
